Because nintendo hates online.
Due to the fact that nintendo hates online games and their players, I wanted to put these numbers out there. If you have numbers like these that you'd like to share with me, please comment and do so. Wii Code: 3637 1352 2031 3903 Super Smash Brothers Brawl Code: 0817 3453 5362 I still can't believe that you have to have different numbers for the game. because it's good.
Saul Williams is a rapper, poet, etc, who was on tour with Trent during the last tour in europe, etc. During that time, Trent helped him write and produce an album. The album (The Rise and Inevitable Liberation of Niggy Tardust) is being offered online for distribution. For Free. The album is like Nine Inch Nails wrote beats for a rapper.... because pretty much that's what it is. And damn... it's good. So, if you want to listen to something interesting (and don't mind rap style lyrics), go to http://www.niggytardust.com/ and get it. You can pay nothing or if you pay $5 get higher quality mp3 or even lossless files. It's worth it just for the re-imagining of U2's Sunday Bloody Sunday, but the other tracks are hella good too. If you want to support the movement of musicians to get away from the RIAA and be able to distribute their music however they want.... go there, download it for $0... if you like it, maybe you'll think it's worth $5 and "re-buy" it. | | Thursday, October 11th, 2007 | | 6:45 pm |
Answers.... a little late.
As Asked by geekgirrl. 1. Who are the musicians in your All-Time-All-Star band? Well... the most feasible... Production / Programming : Trent Vocals: Maynard and Aretha Franklin Guitar: Jack White Bass: Les Claypool Drums: Chris Vrenna On Stage During Concerts, funk assistance: George Clinton. All time/ not possible: Swap out Jimi Hendricks for Jack White Swap out Roger Waters for Les Claypool Swap out Neil Peart for Chris Vrenna 2. Who do you nominate for president? Jeeze, that's like asking who don't I like most... Currently Ron Paul has my vote if he makes it. I may even send him some money... If I could pick anybody currently alive (and eligible) I'd probably go with Christopher Walken (*grin*) 3. What famous/fictional person, living or dead, would you want to go out with your sister? Um... obviously no-one is good enough. That said, they'd have to be smart, funny, and not a total db. Maybe Indiana Jones. 4. Where are some places that you absolutely MUST travel to? Most of the bread basket, some parts of hickland... I'm up for almost anywhere where the people are relatively open and interesting. 5. Which religion is the least crazy to you? Well, any that believes in a higher power that created the universe by force of will touches me as a little crazy. That said, Religions that worship aspects of the world around them, and pays reverence to the beauty they can see, the memories they have, and whatever they believe makes those things possible strike me as least crazy. Examples... Shinto, Pagan Earth Worship, etc. Also, since Buddhism is more a set of teachings, a method and practice, and not really a Religion, I can grok what they're saying. Working towards bettering your understanding of yourself and the universe, however, sounds perfectly awesome to me. | | Tuesday, April 24th, 2007 | | 11:32 am |

Sing along with me...
So, for those of you who don't know, I've started brewing beer. My first beer has a very hoppy start which I'm hopping will mellow with a little age in the bottle. It still tastes good, but can be harsh to people who don't like the hoppy flavor. My second beer is a theme beer. It's inspired by a little bit of dork pop culture. So, without further ado, here's the picture of the beer after going into the secondary fermenter.... ( .. get ready to sing ) | | Tuesday, August 29th, 2006 | | 10:53 am |
The universe has a sense of humor
This week is very joss-tastic. As I am planning for DragonCon, I found out I might have to be in South Florida for a funeral. Except there's a hurricane (Tropical Storm?) going to be there at the same time. This is going to suck. | | Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006 | | 4:11 pm |
distance makes for journaling
I'm starting to come to that inevitable realization that has been putting itself off until now. I live in Atlanta. Although I can chat with friends online and this past weekend at least one of them was here to play, I started thinking about plans for future weekends, and it started to sink in. We have to invite people, make new friends, have introductions all around... and leave the safety of the known for the extended expanse of a new city. It's definately not a bad thing... it could be a great thing. But what I don't want is to lose them. There are too many bits of awesome, stories of epic, and history of bad to let them slip away. As such, I have to try hard(er) to stay in touch. To have that free information flow and make the effort to make sure we know whats going on. So... I hereby vow to make an effort to write here, to call my friends, to stay in contact, and to never lose them... Plus, now I have princessdiablo's shirt and I might decide to hold that ransom... maybe I'll steal something from each of my friends when i see them. crap, now they know. | | Thursday, July 20th, 2006 | | 4:14 pm |

1. I hate pants. I remove them as soon as possible when I get home. 2. Washing silverware is the bane of my existence. Give me a tub full of pots and pans covered in crusty food bits over a handful of forks. 3. Sometimes my character says things I am thinking instead of what he should be thinking. 4. I kinda like Microsoft products. There's something to be said for them... sometimes. 5. I never match my socks. I have a drawer full of socks. Generally any two will do. 6. I truly believe chocolate mint icecream is disgusting. You put toothpaste in my chocolate. | | Sunday, April 2nd, 2006 | | 5:57 am |

So, if an existing DST is late with several of his reports (really late, sure, but eventually caught up with all necessary information), and goes for re-election, can the Regional Staff decide not to let the DST run? Isn't that the equivalent of picking and chosing who elects you based on your whims and not those of the electorate? Apparently you can, because it happened to me. Apparently my RST can chose who gets to run. Based not on whether I've have current disciplinary actions or whether or not I do most of the job... but based on something as arbitrary as paperwork for the ST chain. This is why the club is dying. This is why I don't care anymore. | | Monday, February 6th, 2006 | | 9:23 pm |
